On this page, I'll record what I'm currently working on so you'll have some idea what's coming next. And also see that I'm not dawdling on the next book like some fantasy authors.
Currently Working
The draft of To Drive the Cold Winter Away is complete, so I'm going to look at my writers group's feedback on two other stories from the same book, Seven Magpies in a Tree and The Right Street. The final story in the first Lady Seis book is Feet of Clay, which I was satisfied with some time ago. All four are fun, funny, light-hearted ozy mysteries set in Elizabethan England.

After that, there are two possibilities:
Fair Means or Foul: A Stella Baker adventure set at the tri-state fair. Ghost robbers and an inexplicable flying disk are disrupting the fair. Can Stella get to the bottom of things before the mastermind behind it all strikes his grand blow?
Mississippi Undertow: It was a solid plan: buy and refurbish an old paddle steamer for a song, and send it up and down the Mississippi to entertain tourists and gamblers. And to make things above-board, invite the reporter who sent you to prison for the maiden voyage. But E.B. Baker doesn't come, although her daughter does. And criminals have gotten wind of the inadequate security. When they spring their trap, the steamer is left with no communications, steering, or propulsion, drifting down a fast current straight into a lock gate. Can Stella Baker salvage the situation?
